Steven Stramara CIC
Steve joined the Seltzer Group in 1989. Initially hired to sell and service personal and commercial insurance products, he quickly proved to be integral to the growth and direction of the agency. Drawing on experiences from employment with the Department of the Army and the philosophy of leadership and teamwork fostered while proudly serving in the United States Marine Corps and Army Reserves, Steve’s dedication to the Seltzer Team and its clients is unmatched.
During the 1990s, Steve implemented and managed the agency’s first information technology system, ensuring improved and more efficient customer service.
In 2003, Steve was instrumental in innovating the risk management first process which led to improved customer outcomes, lower costs, and safer work environments for Seltzer clients. His approach was revolutionary in the insurance industry and provided customers with superior results compared to the traditional insurance process. He quickly gained a reputation as being an expert in Pennsylvania Workers Compensation Insurance and was frequently invited to speak at business, manufacturing, and industry leader meetings. In fact, he was selected to speak before the Pennsylvania Legislature on the topic of Workers Compensation Industry reform.
Steve co-founded and served as president of Keystone Comp Control, a multi-state group of agencies dedicated to improving client results through insurance, human resource, safety, compliance, and risk management strategies.
In 2005, Steve worked with key partners to start Pennsylvania’s first integrated risk management company, East Coast Risk Management and serves on its board of directors. In 2012, he helped establish Keystone Surety Associates, a dedicated bonding agency, and served as its first president and board chairman.
Steve’s forward-thinking nature, vast experience, commitment to learning, and drive to always improve have guided the Setzer Group over the past 30 years. He uses these qualities to lead and inspire the entire Seltzer Team to strive for excellence and demonstrate that same commitment to their clients. He has designed, implemented and managed procedures and processes formulated to benefit clients.
Steve has been recognized by his peers as a leader in the insurance and risk management industries. He currently serves on the MMG Insurance and Selective Insurance Agents Advisory Boards. Steve has led the Seltzer Team to national recognition as a Big I / Regan Consulting Best Practices Agency since 2019.
Consistent with his commitment to ongoing improvement, Steve maintains several industry designations, including Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Work Comp Advisor (CWCA). He has been a member of Vistage International since 2012 and was a Vistage Leadership Award finalist in 2020.
Steve knows that being a good business leader means thinking about more than just business. After volunteering as an assistant coach for the local Special Olympics volleyball team (his wife was the head coach), Steve proposed the idea of a golf tournament to benefit local Special Olympics programs in 1998. It has been an annual event ever since.
In 2019, Seltzer Group Charities Foundation was formed and named Steve as its chair. The nonprofit now provides financial and other resources to organizations supporting individuals with special needs and children.
Steve has served on the board of the North Central Highway Safety Network since its founding in 1997 and is currently its board president.
Steve enjoys spending time with his family, travel, and all types of exercise. He can frequently be found near the top of the Peloton® leaderboard or on a weekend run with his wife, Natalie. His favorite pastime is a spirited game of hide and seek with his three grandchildren.
Pete Krammes has been working in the personal insurance industry for over 20 years, and during that time it has grown very near and dear to him. As a Senior Vice President of Seltzer Group Partners, he focuses his efforts on the operational efficiencies of the agency. He leads our Administration, Finance, and Marketing teams in their efforts to grow and works to continue the prosperity of the agency and its relationships past his time.
Taking pride in serving our clients, Pete eagerly works to ensure a smooth transition during agency acquisitions. With each acquisition, Seltzer Group Partners expands its footprint to a larger region and group of clients. He keeps our client’s financial interests at the forefront of their mind and strives to ensure we are properly fulfilling their needs to protect them if they are faced with the unpredictable. He works tirelessly with our carriers to continuously deliver on our promises to our clients.
Pete enjoys savoring the moments with his wife and two daughters in his free time. Whether it is soaking up the sun on the water in his home in Lake Wynonah or jet setting to enjoy the warm, sandy beaches of the Caribbean, Pete believes that you need to enjoy the days you are given with those you love!
John Campomizzi has been with Seltzer Group Partners since he was a college intern in 2007. During his early years, Bob Seltzer took him under his wing and served as a personal mentor. Over the years, he has worked his way up the chain of command due to his demonstration of leadership abilities combined with his outstanding business development skills.
John currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Client Success for the agency and focuses on bringing solutions to a variety of clients, ranging from personal home and auto relationships to large businesses with hundreds of employees.
In his role, John works closely with every team member within the agency to assist with new business generation all while focusing on the importance of client service and satisfaction. He spends a lot of his time developing the skills of the current team so that they are well-versed in educating their clients on risk management needs. His goal for Seltzer Group Partners is to “help grow our business by building strong client relationships, providing second to none service, and thought leadership.”
When he is not expanding his knowledge and developing client service expansion strategies, John enjoys spending time with his wife, three daughters, and son; especially vacationing anywhere that has a beach and body of water. He also enjoys weightlifting, dating back to the age of 13 when he began working out and was introduced to Bob Seltzer.
Rob brings almost 20 years of experience in the industry to our organization. After graduating from Muhlenberg College in 2001, he started his experience in a claims role for an insurance company. During those years, Rob gained a lot of insight from the carrier side of things before deciding to transition into the agency environment.
Rob finds the most important thing in the industry is helping his clients succeed. The success comes from educating his clients and providing them a greater understanding of the product, and what they are purchasing. Through this approach, he can form longstanding relationships that he values on both a personal, and professional level.
In his spare time, Rob cherishes the moments with both his family and his community. Whether it is volunteering as a coach for youth sports, serving on the board for both the Greater Valley YMCA and Muhlenberg College, or standing on the committee for Phoebe Ministries Institutional Advancement; Rob finds great importance in giving back to those around him.
Michael is an IT Manager for Seltzer Group Partners, joining our team with 13 years of experience in information technology and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Networking and Telecommunication from University of Phoenix.
Seltzer Group Partners was able to give Michael the opportunity to fulfill his goals while offering an environment fitting for a career and a family.
Most of Michael’s free time is spent with his 3-year-old son doing various things including watching sports. Michael also spends a few hours a week, participating in two bowling leagues around the area.
Kaitlyn is the Marketing Coordinator at Seltzer Group Partners Agency, with responsibility for marketing programs, brand management, and promotional materials. Prior to joining Seltzer Group Partners, Kaitlyn worked as a Marketing Coordinator in the Real Estate industry.
Kaitlyn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing and Public Relations from Millersville University. Her time spent involved in clubs and organizations helped to develop her structured skills and outgoing personality. Kaitlyn’s greatest strengths are her creativity, drive, and leadership. She thrives during challenges while focusing on meticulous detail to better support her team.
Kaitlyn has been involved in the community her whole life, working at multiple nonprofit organizations, such as Habitat for Humanity. Her participation and experience continue to grow within the Seltzer team.

Lisa J Doran CIC, CPRM
Lisa Doran has been taking pride in fulfilling individual insurance needs for over 30 years. While she works to save her clients money during the process, her number one focus is ensuring that the client, their families, and their assets are fully protected. Lisa is full of information in the insurance world, but she heavily concentrates on establishing long-term relationships and making a promise to be there for her clients if a tragedy does occur.
Her specialty with Seltzer Group Partners has been providing insurance products and services for high-net-worth clients. She helps to identify, evaluate, and manage the personal risks they face to properly protect their assets. Many individuals fail to recognize how the changing nature of risk can impact their wealth, and she wants to be sure that everyone she works with has the right coverage with the right company. To fulfill her duties to her clients, she remains a Certified Insurance Counselor and a Certified Professional Risk Manager.
She lives and breathes Schuylkill County, as she has resided there her entire life, and has valued the friendships she has formed with many of her clients and her families. When she is not working to ensure all her consumers’ needs are taken care of, Lisa can be spotted spending time with her husband of 35 years, Joe. Together they have two sons, JV and Jared, two daughters-in-law, two beautiful granddaughters, and two black labs, all of whom she loves to travel and spend time with!
Cheryl Bridegam CISR, CMSR
Cheryl Bridegam brings her clients a wealth of experience, expertise, and innovative solutions. With an industry track record of 46 years, she has amassed a great deal of knowledge in the ever-evolving insurance industry.
Cheryl started with All State Insurance during her Senior Business Program. She also worked with Encompass Insurance as an underwriter for 9 years until she joined our Richard I Hart Insurance agency as a Customer Service Representative in 1986. Cheryl successfully completed and maintained her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation in 1992 and her Certified Master Service Representative (CMSR) designation in 2009.
Cheryl is the Select Advisor and is currently responsible for handling the insurance needs of our High Net Worth clients in multistate locations. Cheryl uses her skills, background, and credentials to advise you on the best coverage.
Cheryl thrives on interacting with her clients, delivering expert advice, and managing their insurance portfolios. Her commitment to building positive relationships with her clients is the cornerstone of her beliefs. Cheryl’s passion for insurance stems from her desire to protect people and their families. Providing excellent customer service is of the utmost importance to her.
Outside of the office, Cheryl enjoys traveling in her motorhome and camping in various states with her family. My favorite vacation is traveling to Disney World.
Amy is a Personal Lines Account Manager for Seltzer Group Partners. Before joining our team, Amy worked in Sales for State Farm Insurance. Amy takes pride working for a company who cares about its clients, focusing on having their best interest at hand. She also takes pride in her part of helping our clients, such as educating them on their coverage and making sure they are properly insured.
Before joining the insurance industry, Amy earned her degree for Medical Office Assistant at Prime Tech.
In her free time, you can find Amy spending time with her family. Her boys, Justin and Jacob, both play soccer and are both in scouts, so they keep her pretty busy! Her and her family also enjoy camping, hiking and biking together.
Christine Rentschler is a Personal Lines Account Manager for Seltzer Group Partners. She started her insurance career as a Commercial Lines Account Manager and assisted the Personal Lines department. After six years, Christine joined Seltzer Group Partners so that she could offer great sales and service opportunities in both personal and commercial lines.
Christine maintains a CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) designation, which has proven beneficial for the past twenty-seven years. Christine came to Seltzer so she could be part of a team that offers top-quality service and the ability to protect all of a client’s insurance needs.
When Christine is not working, she enjoys camping and traveling. Her family’s favorite place to visit is Gettysburg, where they enjoy walking the battlefield and going to Adams County Winery. Christine also relaxes by sewing for St. Peters United Church of Christ where items are donated to families in need.
Jackie’s career started right out of high school, with over 35 years in the insurance business. Born on Long Island, Jackie spent many years working with clients to provide quality home, auto, and umbrella insurance close to the shore.
She worked for larger carriers before moving into the agency aspect of the business. She enjoys working one on one with the client instead of working behind the scenes.
Along with the coastal home experience, Jackie holds 15 years in the marine insurance industry. As a prior boat owner and marine agent, she is well versed in coverages and mechanical aspects of boats and yachts. Florida boating is one of her specialties, as many of our clients live aboard their vessels.
Jackie brings a strong customer service background to the agency as well. Understanding what you need to protect some of your most important investments is one of her strong points. Jackie will take the time to explain each coverage to you in a way you can relate to.
Susan is a Personal Lines Account Manager for Seltzer Group Partners. Susan has been working in the insurance industry since 1998 focusing on improving customer relations and increasing retention. Before gaining an interest in insurance, Susan volunteered in the Military.
Susan was impressed with how each time works together at Seltzer Group Partners. She takes pride in a job well done and being very detail orientated.
In her free time, you can find Susan with her husband and 3 dogs or relaxing reading a book.
Tina Sterner is Account Manager Support and a Personal Lines Processor for the Seltzer Group Partners. Before joining our team 8 years ago, Tina worked at PACCO in their accounting division.
Tina has loved being part of our team due to our acknowledgment of employees and the opportunity we offer. Tina has learned to be understanding when dealing with clients during times of uncertainty. Tina feels it is rewarding to successfully help our clients during trying situations.

Dennis is the Director of Client Services for Seltzer Group Partners and President of Spring Ridge Insurance. Before his time in the insurance agency, Dennis served in the US Army following his High School graduation at Tamaqua. He then began his journey in the insurance agency, working as a manager, analyst, trainer, and sales employee at Hartford Insurance.
Dennis chose to work at Seltzer Group Partners as he admires the atmosphere, tone, and ability for growth that the agency offers. His favorite part of Seltzer Group Partners is the staff, environment, and support. However, he does favorite the communication, ability to be creative, and services we provide our customers.
Working at Seltzer Group Partners has taught Dennis so much over the last 14 years. Dennis believes anything is achievable if you put your mind to it! He takes pride in that mentality and focuses on sharing that same belief with our team. Dennis works to ensure our staff is well trained and knowledgeable, providing the best service and experience to our customers by answering all questions and advising in the right direction.
You can find Dennis with his wife and kids hunting, fishing, or ATV riding in his spare time.
Chad is a Personal Line Account Executive who has been working closely with individuals and families since 2015 to ensure they are protected. Specializing in all forms of personal insurance, including Home, Life, Umbrella, and Auto, his focus is to help his clients protect the things which are most important to them.
Chad works hard to establish a personal relationship with his clients because he feels that the more he gets to know them, the better he can help to advise them. While he often can find monetary savings for his clients, he also works to inform and prepare them for big life changes and unexpected challenges. Chad’s biggest reward working in the insurance industry is his ability to work with clients who have gaps in coverage and update their policies to give them true peace of mind.
Chad and his wife stay enjoy spending time taking their dogs for walks, fishing, hiking, and getting together with family and friends.
Josh is a Personal Lines Account Executive with Seltzer Group Partners. Before starting a career in insurance, he owned and operated a café and catering business for 12 years. His experience as a business owner has taught him the importance of security and comfort in knowing your assets are protected, and his decision to join the insurance industry was the result.
He decided to shift careers so that he could help people protect the things that mean the most to them. During this transition, he knew he wanted to be able to continue his love for meeting new people and building relationships, all while giving them peace of mind. His superb personal skills stem from his time spent at West Chester University, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies with a Public Relations focus.
Josh thrives on helping his clients better understand what their policies protect and how he can help cover any potential risks they currently face. At the end of the day, knowing that tragedy can strike at any moment, Josh takes pride in his role of building relationships and providing expertise in auto, home, umbrella, and life insurance.
Jamie is a Commercial Lines Account Manager for Seltzer Group Partners. Jamie obtained her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Penn State University in 2001. In 2012, she completed her master’s degree in Special Education with a certification in Autism Spectrum disorders. After 16 years of teaching, Jamie took a new career path in the insurance industry.
Jamie chose to work for Seltzer Group Partners because they offer a family feeling and always look out for our client’s best interests such as what is right for them and ensuring they are protected in the event of a loss. With Seltzer Group Partners, it is about taking that extra step with our customers to ensure they are taken care of. We work so our customers can have peace of mind knowing that if the unthinkable happens, we have you covered!
When Jamie is not working, she spends time with friends and family. Jamie enjoys cooking, playing corn hole, four-wheeling, playing cards, swimming, being outside, and enjoying each other’s company.
Justine Ney is a Commercial Lines Account Manager for Seltzer Group Partners. Through her high school years at Blue Mountain and college years at Allentown Business School, Justine worked part-time at Seltzer Group Partners. After achieving her Associate’s Degree, she began working full-time and has been with us ever since.
During her 22 years at Seltzer Group Partners, she has worked in many different departments, including receptionist, commercial lines processor, and account manager in both commercial and workers’ compensation departments. Justine strives on the ability to know each department, as well as to build relationships with her customers.
In her free time, you can find Justine spending time with her daughter, kayaking, paddle boarding, reading, riding four-wheelers, hiking, or exercising.
Kate is a Commercial Lines Account Manager for Seltzer Group Partners. Before joining our team, Kate worked as a Marketing Manager, then moved to become a Commercial Lines Underwriter for Selective Insurance. Kate works to build and maintain a profitable book of business with the agents assigned to her by successfully writing new business.
Kates favorite part about working at Seltzer is seeing and adapting to the changes and growth throughout our well-run and respected agency. Kate is fond of the thought that there is always something new to learn.
As Kate’s children are growing up and now on their own, she finds herself with a decent amount of free time. During this time, she has adapted to a hobby of riding a motorcycle. When she is not riding, she enjoys playing piano and spending time with her fiancé and their dogs.
Marie Schock is a Commercial Lines Account Manager at Seltzer Group Partners. Before joining our team, Marie achieved an Associates Degree in Accounting at Lehigh Carbon Community College. After college, Marie worked as bank teller at Sovereign Bank (now known as Santander Bank). She also worked in the purchasing department at Morgan’s Knitting Mill for about a year before they closed the department. Shortly after, she was recruited from our Seltzer team.
Marie loves the fact that there are no two days the same in the insurance industry. She has learned to be patient and more compassionate on situations where our clients may be having a bad day. Marie takes pride in the fact that Seltzer Group Partners always looks out for family first.
Any free time Marie has is spent with the kids. Between softball, gymnastics, dance, and volleyball, her family has a full schedule which she would not change for the world!
Jane Frost CIC, CRM
Jane Frost is the Director of Client Services for Seltzer Group Partners. During her 20 years of service in the insurance industry, Jane has earned and maintained several prestigious professional designations including Certified Insurance Counsellor (CIC) and Certified Risk Manager (CRM).
She graduated from Goshen College with a BA in English and brings to her current profession a background of experience in real estate and development, food service, teaching and writing.
After raising three children, Jane embarked on her insurance journey, beginning her career as a commercial lines account manager for a Berks County insurance agency. In 2007, she joined Seltzer Group Partners family and has continued to advance her knowledge and skills in our industry.
She works closely with the commercial lines staff to deliver superior service and to pursue deepened knowledge of our products through education, encouraging the team to embrace the Agency fundamentals—to always be improving; to honor our commitments; to be passionate about delivering results; and to do what’s best for our client—always in a professional and courteous manner.
Outside of her career, Jane loves time spent with family and entertaining friends. She devotes hours to cultivating her lawn and gardens to attract birds and pollinators and enjoys reading and the Great British Bake Show.
Rick prides himself in always putting his clients first and truly changing the way they view insurance. The opportunity to properly provide the right solutions to protect his clients is always his top priority. For Rick, it’s all about good people taking care of good people.
Rick Joined the Seltzer team in 2022 as a commercial risk executive. He brings over 20 years of experience in business-to-business sales and consulting. Rick specializes in commercial insurance, having the opportunity to have a direct impact within his clients business. Simply said, his overall goal is to protect the bottom line in order to grow the top line. His passion for risk management serves a variety of clients across many diverse industries. Primary focus areas include municipalities, manufacturing, and artisan contractors.
A lifelong resident of the Lehigh Valley. Rick graduated from Whitehall High School and DeSales University. He currently resides in Coopersburg with his wife and two children. Rick is a true committed family man. In his free time, he enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, golfing, skiing, and traveling. He is also very active in the local community and spends a lot of free time volunteering and coaching in local youth sports.
William (Bill) Sholly
William (Bill) Sholly is a Risk Advisor who has been working in the insurance industry for nearly a decade. He offers our clients and staff a wealth of knowledge, especially in the risk management department.
Bill has spent years learning all aspects of the insurance industry, specializing in workers’ compensation, and property and casualty insurance. As the risks to our clients and prospects continue to evolve, he is always educating himself in the ever-changing landscape of insurance and risk management.
At Seltzer Group Partners, we are uniquely positioned to be able to provide in-house, risk management solutions. Bill serves as the risk assessment arm of our clients’ insurance programs. He analyzes current coverages and gives recommendations tailored to each individual business and their operations. Helping to mitigate the potential for adverse financial events.
On a personal note, Bill lives in the Lehigh Valley with his wife and two dogs. He attended Muhlenberg College and is a former member of the Muhlenberg College Wrestling Team. He is avid outdoorsman and sports fan, rooting for both the Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies.
Robert G. Hetten, Jr. CIC, CWCA
Robert “Bob” Hetten has worked in the insurance industry for over 35 years and has been providing his expertise to clients of Seltzer Group Partners since 1995. Bob carries both the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified WorkComp Advisor (CWCA) designations, demonstrating the depth of his knowledge of the insurance industry. Bob spends much of his time focusing on carnival concessionaires and real estate accounts which include: apartment complexes, retirement communities, commercial real estate, hotels, golf courses, and banks.
As a result of long-term strong relationships with not only his clients but also with the carriers, Bob works to provide the best offer available. He works diligently with his clients to appropriately reduce and transfer risk. Bob reviews all legal documents to make sure coverage is available and helps with complex compliance issues.
As an alumnus of Penn State, Bob remains a fan and supporter of his alma mater. When he’s not rooting on the Nittany Lions, he can be found enjoying a round of golf or a tennis match. Bob is a past board member for numerous Lehigh Valley nonprofit organizations, participates in local Chambers of Commerce, and feels strongly that it is important to continue giving back to the community.
Eric Fryer, CIC, CWCA
Eric Fryer is a Risk Executive who has a passion for learning as much about his clients as he can. While no account is off limits for his review, Eric places his focus on the Manufacturing, Car Dealership, Public Sector, and Emergency Services industries. His goal is to help his clients alleviate exposures that could be potentially crippling to their business or organization and guide them to allocate their insurance dollars in the most useful places.
Eric takes pride in advising individuals who risk their lives for our community, and it shows by his efforts put forward when reviewing policies of Fire Departments, Emergency Medical Services, and other rescue organizations. In addition to emergency services, Eric has spent years learning the operations behind municipalities, boroughs, car dealerships, and manufacturing facilities. Each of these industries holds a unique place in the insurance world, and he has built relationships with carriers and clients alike to expose and implement the best programs available.
As part of Seltzer Group Partners team, Eric truly feels like he’s giving back to the community. Between the volunteer efforts and financial donations, Eric values the mission of Seltzer Group Partners as it aligns strongly with his personal values.
Eric has a long-standing relationship with soccer, and he relives his collegiate soccer days – where he served as both a player AND a coach – by assisting with the Schuylkill County Youth Soccer Association and continuing to give youth in our community the ability to play. Eric values family time with his wife, Lindsey, and their son and daughters, especially when that time is spent vacationing in Wildwood Beach, NJ.
John is the Commercial Lines Technical Assistant at Seltzer Group Partners Agency, with responsibility for assisting Account Managers and Producers with client accounts by ensuring policies and other important documents reach clients by mail or delivery. Before joining Seltzer Group Partners full-time, John was the Sales and Marketing intern with the agency for four years and held a part-time job detailing cars at R&R Auto Group in Schuylkill Haven.
John holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and a Minor in Communications and Mass Media from Pennsylvania State University. He chose to stay with Seltzer Group Partners after graduation because of the welcoming work environment they have.

David Lovascio is the Director of Risk Services for Seltzer Group Partners. Dave has extensive experience and has worked in the Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance industry since 2004. He joined the Seltzer team recently, coming from the insurance carrier side of the industry, where he has served in various claims, risk control, and safety consultant roles. Dave prides himself on being a resource and problem solver for his customers and helping businesses improve their safety culture, programs, and bottom line through risk management efforts to reduce insurance costs and exposures.
Dave graduated from Saint Joseph’s University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and earned his Associate in Risk Management (ARM) professional designation from the Insurance Institutes of America.
Dave enjoys spending time with his daughter Ava and wife Jackie; his hobbies include traveling, sports, cooking, and playing the guitar.
Premier Business Unit
Jesse is the Premier Business Unit Director with Seltzer Group Partners Agency. Before starting his career in insurance, he was a 17-year mathematics teacher. He has always lent a helping hand and felt that the insurance industry was the next place to continue his journey.
His experience as a teacher has taught him many things. One of the most important is communicating effectively and relating to the person whom you are speaking with. Amanda Bickleman is an Account Manager for Knies Insurance, a partner of Seltzer Group Partners. Before joining the Knies Insurance team, Amanda worked for CNA Insurance as a middle market rating specialist. Amanda has worked on both corporate and agency sides of the business.
Before her time at CNA Insurance, Amanda worked for Chester Perfetto Agency. She then grew to work at Tobash Nationwide Agency. Throughout her time, Amanda has grown to love working one-on-one with clients and helping to exceed their needs.

Mario Stuart, Director of Benefits for the Seltzer Group and Principal of Stuart Benefits Consulting, is excited for the expansion of the Seltzer Group into Florida with its Island Breeze location. Mario has been consulting on employee benefits packages for many employers and providing guidance for over 15 years.
He has a passion for and takes pride in having a direct impact on reducing a business’s 2nd or 3rd largest expenditure, healthcare. He also has a passion for aiding the Medicare population; guidance with Medicare enrollment, Social Security, and ultimately filling the gaps of Medicare with Medicare supplement plans, prescription drug plans (part D), and Medicare advantage plans (part C).
Debra is a Client Success Associate for Stuart Benefits Group. Before joining our team, Debra worked as an Account Manager on the broker side, a Marketing Rep for a large carrier, and now has over 14 years with Group Benefits experience.

Lisa Moser has been a licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Agent since 1997. During her time, she earned her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation.
Lisa strives to provide exceptional customer service while educating the consumer about coverages and identifying risk exposures customized to individual insurance needs. Lisa’s primary area of expertise was Personal lines, including Home, Dwelling Fire, Auto, Umbrella, and Flood. Since retiring from her previous job on December 31, 2020, Lisa has been working part-time as Agent Support for Jeffers Insurance, working behind the scenes with Horse Mortality and Liability renewals and following up on endorsements for our agents.
When not working, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family, especially her two grandchildren, whom she cares for several days a week. She also enjoys gardening, reading, music, and friends.
Olivia started working as an Administrative Assistant with Jeffers Insurance Agency in 2018 and is now a partner of Seltzer Group Partners. She is a recent high school graduate with a passion for photography and plans to become a nurse post-school. She strives to help those working around her in any way she can making work life a little easier.
Working in the insurance industry throughout the years has allowed her to expand her organization, problem-solving & attention to detail abilities. Seltzer Group Partners allows her to continue working in the insurance industry to further her knowledge and skills while continuing her schooling.

Jack has been Vice President and agency manager for Mantz Miller Insurance for over 25 years and joined Seltzer Group Partners in March of 2022. His grandparents started the company in 1963, so his love for insurance is in his blood.
Jack graduated from York College of Pennsylvania with a degree in Elementary Education.
Jack works hard to gain the trust of his clients, making honest customer service his top priority. Jack is very knowledgeable about personal and commercial insurance but specializes in farms and small businesses.
Jack enjoys bike riding and fitness, and during the summer, boating. His happiest times are spent with his wife and two daughters.

Sue started her insurance career at Mantz Miller Insurance Agency in 1972. After a few years, she took some time off to raise her 3 sons but continued working part-time at the agency. Sue takes great pride in being an accurate, detail-oriented insurance agent with a focus on servicing farm insurance accounts. She has also worked as a tax collector and owned her accounting and tax preparation business. Sue’s favorite part of working at Mantz Miller Insurance is working in a close-knit family atmosphere with great co-workers. And now, as a part of Seltzer Group Partners, she is proud to work with very competent and caring people.
In her free time, Sue enjoys quilting, crocheting, and other crafts, swimming, and vacations in the Caribbean. She is active in her church and loves spending time with her husband Jim and her family, including 5 grandchildren and many pets.

John Crane began working in the insurance business at John J. Crane Insurance Agency in 1983, under his father, John Crane Sr., who started the agency in 1950. Growing up in an “insurance household” allowed John to see and learn all he could about the business firsthand before officially beginning his career. In 1993 the John J. Crane Insurance Agency was officially changed from John Crane Sr. to John Crane Jr.
Over the years, John has found his niche in providing valued insurance to contractors, pizza shop owners, restaurant owners, and real estate investors -or rather, this niche found him. The agency didn’t always specialize in these clients, but John has certainly filled this need in the local market.
John loves most about his career by providing insurance and quality coverage to fellow small business owners. As a small business owner, John understands and has experienced many of the worries, problems, successes, and failures most entrepreneurs face, which means he understands his clients! Things like making payroll, preparing for quarterlies, managing time, facing burnout, and learning how to delegate, are just a few of these issues all small business owners face. But above all, John knows there isn’t a money tree growing in your backyard!
