SEIG (Seltzer Elite Internship Group)
Agents Leading with Tenacity and Resilience
The Seltzer Elite Internship Group (SEIG) program allows college students with an interest in the insurance business to follow their passion and gain on-the-job experience before embarking on a career.
After three months of this six-month program, interns are encouraged to study for and obtain their license for the industry specialty that interests them most. By completing this internship, licensed agents will be prepared for full-time employment with an agency such as Seltzer Group Partners.
