SEIG (Seltzer Elite Internship Group)

Agents Leading with Tenacity and Resilience

The Seltzer Elite Internship Group (SEIG) program allows college students with an interest in the insurance business to follow their passion and gain on-the-job experience before embarking on a career.

After three months of this six-month program, interns are encouraged to study for and obtain their license for the industry specialty that interests them most. By completing this internship, licensed agents will be prepared for full-time employment with an agency such as Seltzer Group Partners.

Intern

Darian Cruz

Darian is a Resident Athlete for the Lehigh Valley Wrestling Club (LVWC), who represented the United States from 2018-2020, and represents Puerto Rico from 2021-current. Darian attended Lehigh University from 2014-2018 and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in arts and science with a Major in English. Darian is a 4-year Varsity athlete, and a 3-time all-American. In 2017, Darian was the NCAA DI National Champion. Darian has been a student Athlete Mentorship Leader for 3 years, a wrestlers in business mentor, and has been involved in the student Athlete council. Darian was freshman Athlete of the year in 2014 and senior Male Athlete of the year in 2018.

Morgan Smith

Morgan Smith is a native of Lynnwood, Washington and graduated from Simon Fraser University. At Simon Fraser, Morgan majored in Political Science and History while wrestling collegiality. Morgan’s achievements include being a two-time NCAA All-American and USA Senior Freestyle All-American.
