Orwigsburg, PA, February 25, 2022 – Steven Stramara has been named the recipient of the 2022 South Central PA Leadership Award by Vistage, the world’s largest CEO coaching and peer advisory organization for small and midsize businesses. The Leadership Award celebrates a member’s enduring excellence in leadership, recognizing the discernible impact they’ve had on their business, Vistage group, and community.
Steve Stramara is president of Seltzer Group Partners, a full-service, independent insurance and risk management company serving eastern Pennsylvania. Upon taking the helm in 2017, he focused the agency on growth and continued excellence in customer service. Since then, Seltzer Group Partners has completed five strategic acquisitions in three new market territories and revenue has increased at a double-digit pace over the last four years. At the same time, their client retention rate is 96%, compared with an industry average of less than 90%.
Because of Steve’s leadership, Seltzer Group Partners has been recognized as a leader in the insurance industry. Reagan Consulting and the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America have named Seltzer Group Partners as a “Best Practices Agency” for the past three consecutive years. The Society of Certified Insurance Counselors (CIC), the premier continuing education organization in the insurance industry, awarded Steve the status of “Tenured CIC” in 2019 in recognition of Steve’s commitment to professional leadership and advanced knowledge.
