Lisa Award

We’d like to take a moment to recognize a great accomplishment by our Vice President of Development, Lisa Doran. Lisa has over 30 years of experience in the insurance world and has been an irreplaceable asset to Seltzer Group Partners. Her superb performance in 2018 has earned her the Keystone Insurers Group annual Thoroughbred Award.

Seltzer Group Partners is a charter member of Keystone Insurers Group (KIG), which was founded in 1983. Operating in various states, and the third largest insurance partner in the country, KIG has grown to be a great asset to almost 300 agency partners. Out of these 300 agency partners, which equivalates to thousands of candidates, this trophy not only recognizes Lisa as one of the top producers in the country, but also deems her number one in the state of PA with the Pennsylvania Outstanding Producer for 2018 award.

Eligibility for this award include: new business with core carriers, timing of new business placement, a Property & Casualty and Life Insurance minimum requirement, and writing of life business through Keystone’s Financial Services Division.

Lisa’s number one focus is ensuring that the client, their family and their assets are fully protected. She specializes in insurance placement for high net worth clients but values  each person she meets and works as if they’re family. Her efforts put forth to receive this award show much more than the revenue she has generated, it encompasses the assets she works so hard to protect for the companies and families she insures. Lisa proudly displays her achievements and educational endeavors, remaining a Certified Insurance Counselor and presently furthering her education as she works towards becoming a Certified Professional Risk Manager.

We are proud to boast this prestigious award received by Lisa, as is speaks volumes about her outstanding work ethic and genuine care for her clients. Lisa was in the running against many other well-deserving and qualified applicants, and her performance set the overall pace. Once again, congratulations, Lisa, a great mentor, leader, and member of our team!
