On a day that was already filled with torrential rain and wicked thunderstorms with projection of continued severe storms, hail and possibly tornadoes… we had lost hope for any ray of sun to complete our Ribbon Cutting Ceremony during our Grand Opening event of the Myerstown Office. June 20 was the scheduled date for the event for over a month, and all we could do was hope and pray that the never-ending storms would let up. By the unpredictable acts of mother nature, the 70% chance of storms that had been forecasted for that evening had dissipated, and we were graced with sunshine and a warm breeze.
We are so grateful for those who went above and beyond to make our ceremony memorable! From the attendance of existing clients popping in to say hello, to visits from prospective clients checking out our new office, to the wonderful words spoken and proclamation of business presentation by Robert Phillips and Jo Ellen Litz, Lebanon County Commissioners, to the beautiful arrangement of flowers from one of our wonderful carriers, Cincinnati Insurance Companies, to the great one-on-one interview with Commissioner Litz about our companies’ mission and dedication to the Special Olympics. It was an evening filled with great company and more support than we can put in to words.
It was truly a memorable open house, and we are glad that we were able to meet some of the local individuals and spend time with existing clients. We are excited to work hard for all of those who put their trust in us to protect the things that mean the most to them. Teaming up with the well-known staff of and holding in high regards the reputation of the Richard I. Hart Agency, we are confident that our collaborative efforts will set the standards for Insurance Services and customer relations.
We are proud of our Seltzer Strong Values and know that our organization runs because of many different important factors. First: It starts with our team – their drive, dedication, and compassion. They are the inner workings of our well-oiled machine, and their care for our customers is what allows us to continue to grow. Next: Our clients – they are the reason we are here today. These individuals are the ones who value our services, respect our advice, and refer us to so many of their friends and family. Lastly: Our communities – those who allow us to proudly serve so many different areas. We’ve always been welcomed with open arms and look forward to returning all the support we have received over the years!
Thank you again to everyone who made this Grand Opening so special for us, and for all of you who have allowed us to grow in to the Insurance Agency that we are today. We are here because of you and we look forward to continuing to change the way you view insurance!
