The name of Mantz Miller Insurance was created in 1963 by an individual given the birth name of Mantz Miller. Mantz operated from his home, with his wife Gloria who quite ably handled the office work. With the addition of more staff, the office moved to it’s present location at 1480 Delta Road, Red Lion.
The agency steadily expanded while maintaining the founding principle of honest work and caring service. In 1977, Mantz and Gloria encouraged their son-in-law to change his career focus to insurance and join their agency. Then in 1988, Vicki Miller Grove joined the agency as an administrator and agent. In 1995, the agency expanded with the addition of Jack Grove, who’s youthful ideas and spirit energized the three-generation business staffed with a competent and caring group of agents. In 2000, the agency joined the Keystone Insurance Group which provided enhanced opportunities to further grow and increase services to the local communities. In 2022, Dennis, Vicki and Jack, as officers of Mantz Miller Insurance decided to transition operations to Seltzer Group Partners, an agency with similar family-oriented values and also a member of Keystone Insurance Group. This change permitted Dennis and Vicki to retire and Jack to continue his role in agency management. The spirit and values of Mantz Miller Insurance continue with Seltzer Group Partners.

- Joined by his son-in-law Dennis Grove in 1977 and his daughter Vicki Miller Grove in 1988
- In 1995, Jack Grove joined as the third generation, bringing new spirit and energy
- Mantz Miller Insurance joined Keystone Insurers Group in 2000 to grow and increase services to the local community.
- In 2022, Dennis, Vicki and Jack decided to transition operations to Seltzer Group Partners, allowing Dennis and Vicki to retire and giving Jack a continued role in agency management.
